We start with an Initial Consultation, so you receive the maximum benefit from your workouts.
Regardless of skill level, each new client schedules a Private Session with one of our studio trainers. During this session, we ask many questions to develop the best workout plan for you. Once we have established your movement needs and personal goals, you can access both Private Sessions and Group Classes. Both are excellent ways to instill strong and balanced movements into your daily life.

Initial Consultation
During this one-hour session, we design a personalized program based on your movement needs and personal goals. Postural analysis, strength tests, and improving form will be discussed and tested appropriately.

Private Sessions
In a private session, we work with you one-on-one, providing focused attention and hands-on support to work towards your personal goals. Privates are especially beneficial if you have chronic issues or are looking to practice specific movements. Each session is all about addressing your needs, challenges, and goals.

Group Classes
In a group class, you’ll be joined by 4-5 other students. Classes are a great time to learn, laugh, and exercise together. We modify every class for the needs of the participants and provide creative cueing to help build body awareness. We design classes with themes in mind like flow, upper or lower body stability, spinal movement, and more.
