Rhythm and Flow Pilates offers detail-oriented Cardio-Fitness Barre Classes to transform your body and increase your body’s overall strength and health.
A complete work-out that’s specifically focused to your lower body, our cardio-fitness barre classes burn calories and leave you energized and moving more freely. The exercises taught in the classes are appropriate for all fitness and age levels. By incorporating basic Pilates and ballet principles, you will be able to tone, balance, and sculpt your body. Classes are 55 minutes and are held Sunday and Monday at 10:00 a.m.
